Call for Nominations for the Carlos J. Finlay UNESCO Prize for Microbiology

We welcome candidates for the Carlos J. Finlay UNESCO Prize for Microbiology. 

Funded by the Government of Cuba, this Prize aims to reward the efforts of an individual or institution, of a non-governmental organization or other entity, which through research and development, has made an outstanding contribution to the field microbiology (including immunology, molecular biology, genetics, etc.) and its applications.

Nomination for the Prize needs to be submitted to UNESCO by 30 July 2017. Please find more information for the application in the website below, including the address where the application needs to be sent to:
